繼年中通過散戶免徵並取消「證所稅」八千五百點門檻後，立委最近又發動調降「證交稅」稅率，卻遭財政部以稅收將短收近三百億元表示反對。若要論稅收之多寡及課徵之合理，立委和行政部門該做的，是立即取消對勤苦勞動族的兼差所得收取補充保費。
