| 婦借住同事家，夫告通姦

黃姓女子(三十九歲)與丈夫相處不睦，曾向鍾姓同事（五十歲）借住桃園市住處居住。去年一月八日，丈夫發現妻子從鍾男住處地下室停車場開車離開，當場將她攔下，並控告黃、鍾二人通姦。
黃女供稱，當天被丈夫攔阻，為求脫身，不得已才說與男同事發生過性關係,事實上她僅是借房子住而已。鍾亦稱只借房子,自己沒住那,因缺乏直接通姦証據,檢方不起訴處分。
