| 外銀 傳「以短支長」套利

銀行主管表示，有別於過去跨年度時市場流動性趨緊，今年市場頭寸非常充裕，隔夜拆款利率昨（18）日收在0.386%，與前一日相同。
市場先前傳出，外商銀行在拆款市場以0.386%的低利借入資金，然後轉投央行1年期或2年期定存單，賺取其中的利差。以2年期定存單利率0.72%估算，扣除資金成本，還有33.4個基本點的利差可圖。

| 殖利率揚 今年發債急凍

美國的貨幣政策左右今年台灣的債市行情。據債券商統計，今年公司債共發行3,175億元，較去年銳減36%，主要是因為美國量化寬鬆（QE）可能退場，債券殖利率彈升，企業籌資需求轉投銀行借款懷抱。
相較於冷清的公司債市場，金融債市場更是「急凍」，今年僅發行911億元，相較去年的1,804億元，發行量面臨「腰斬」窘境。
