| 中小型券商 盼開放陸資參股

今年兩岸在金融證券期貨業開放腳步越來越快，國內券商建議，對岸參股國內券商可朝向開放一點的態度，讓中小型券商也能有發展空間。
據了解，主管機關對兩岸券商參股有關的券商管理規則等法規，並未見具體的修正動作，包括在今年初兩岸金證會送出國內券商可赴對岸設立合資全照券商後，雖有券商據此因轉投資或增資需求而送件申請，但因法規迄今還未修正完成，券商因此再撤回申請案。

| 塗鴉客1案1罰 每人至少罰10萬

北市街頭塗鴉氾濫，北市府抓不勝抓；上周大同區有廿多家店家鐵門或貨車遭為數約六、七人的塗鴉客「突襲」，警方查出部分塗鴉客身分，昨天傳喚說明。
雖然塗鴉客未現身，但市府環保局決定重懲，採一案一罰且都依最高金額6000元開罰。
