| 美國男士服飾公司解釋開除創始人的原因

【大紀元2013年06月28日訊】6月25日（星期二），總部位於Fremont的男士服裝連鎖店Men's Warehouse的董事會在一份聲明中，解釋了將該公司創始人，公司形象代言人George Zimmer開除出董事會的原因。聲明中說，George Zimmer目前很難接受公司已經是一個上市公司，並有一個獨立董事會的事實，而且George Zimmer已經不再擔任公司CEO有兩年了。但是他仍然想控制公司。記錄顯示，George Zimmer目前只持有Men's Warehouse 3.5%的股份。董事會說，他自己想把公司賣給一個投資公司，而其他董事會成員都不同意。
George Zimmer於1973年創建了Men's Warehouse, 目前擁有1,200多家連鎖店，是全美最大的男士服裝零售店之一。George Zimmer一直是公司的廣告代言人，他著名的廣告詞「你會喜歡你這個樣子的，我保證」（You're going to like the way you look. I guarantee it）在美國家喻戶曉。上星期，Zimmer被開除出董事會後，有很多老顧客在Facebook等社交媒體上表達了他們的不滿。
