【綜合報導】國光客運經營台北市圓山捷運經由南港捷運直達宜蘭、羅東、頭城、蘇澳4地新路線，今天起至30日3天推出台北至宜蘭免費搭車優惠，現場約有600名排隊民眾，業者疑因免費票券準備不足，拿不到票的民眾火大，抗議惹糾紛。
