【綜合報導】國光客運經營台北市圓山捷運經由南港捷運直達宜蘭、羅東、頭城、蘇澳4地新路線，今天起至30日3天推出台北至宜蘭免費搭車優惠，現場約有600名排隊民眾，業者疑因免費票券準備不足，拿不到票的民眾火大，抗議惹糾紛。

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】考試院長關中反對公務員酒駕連坐，主管酒駕取締業務的內政部長李鴻源今早受訪時表示，國外確實有酒駕連坐政策，假如確實能達到防止酒駕的效果，這是可以考慮的方向；但關鍵還是國人應培養習慣，喝了酒就不要開車，不要逞強、勸酒，慢慢把文化改掉。
