| 幼貓困橋縫 消防員水攻救出

〔自由時報記者吳柏軒／新北報導〕一隻幼貓25日困在2層樓高的橋樑縫隙，路過民眾與橋下小吃店老闆娘聽牠呼救一整天，前晚發現受困點後，請消防人員救助，眾人花了1個多小時才將牠救下來，老闆娘當場決定收養：「是天上掉下來的寶物，就叫牠『天寶』吧！」

| ETC使用率未達七成 恐吃上逾四億罰單

依照遠通電收與高公局簽訂合約，國道電子收費系統(ETC)至本月底須達七成的年使用率，昨天遠通已完成全台319座收費門架，但未依約在九月底前完工，年使用率僅六成八，高公局擬在下月合併開罰逾四億元罰單。
ETC使用率一直未達合約規定，高公局強調，遠通應在2012年九月完成所有門架，因前年已有違規紀錄，提出改善方案緩罰，展延工期至2013年一月二十一日，遠通共延誤了157天，換算下來得繳罰金7850萬，若時間回溯到2011年至今年六月底，遠通供延誤807天，合約罰金將達四億多元。
遠通電收對此也回應，已花12億元提出改善方案，且門架工程並未拖延國道計程上路時間，並未影響營運，沒有違約問題，再被罰不公平，將提起合約爭議。
