100M(bps)光纖上網全面到府，行政院帶頭衝！行政院數位匯流辦公室、交通部、NCC將於7月5日攜手舉辦100M到府誓師大會，拚年底100％達陣。
不過，市場人士分析，以中華電信加上有線電視100M用戶普及率、目前頂多10％、距離年底只剩6個月情況下，100M光纖全面到府政策恐有跳票之虞。
據了解，除了電信龍頭中華電信被賦予重責大任，行政院首度要求有線電視業者共同加入拚100M的行列，行政院規畫100M上網政策不再只靠中華電，未來有線電視也必須扮演助攻角色。根據行政院規畫，中華電信負責扛下全國85％的100M用戶達陣目標，有線電視業者合計衝15％市占。
