| 人權觀察：200萬藏人遭遷居

「人權觀察」（Human Rights Watch）組織表示，中國大陸有超過200萬藏人因政府資助計畫而被迫改建房舍或遷居，破壞藏人的傳統文化與農村生活方式。
人權觀察大陸區主任李察遜（Sophie Richardson）說：「在大規模改建與遷居的政策下，西藏農村人口遭重塑的規模與速度，在後毛澤東時代前所未有。」
李察遜說：「這項政策激烈改變他們生活方式，藏人卻完全沒有置喙的餘地。」
