| 7月桃園房市推案爆量 北市低量

﹝記者林美芬／台北報導﹞根據新的市調資料，6月奢侈稅滿2年後，利空逐漸淡化，建商與房屋代銷業者紛紛重新調整步伐，今年7月北台灣爆出1309億元的量體，其中桃園再爆大量，達到440億元，成為全台最大推案量區，而台北市因為文林苑都更事件引發推案閉鎖效應，只有78億的歷史低量。
住展雜誌指出，今年7月的推案，其實是前後推擠的效果，有一部分是520檔延後推案擠壓而來，由於7月之後，8月7日就將進入農曆7月「鬼月」，部分避開鬼月提前推案，使得今年7月的單月推案量暴增，跟去年同時期單月964億元相比增加345億、35.7%的量體。
住展指出，超過10億元的指標個案有29個，總推案量為1007億元，以1007億元加三成（10億元以下的推案總數），得到1309億元的總推案量，其中台北市的指標建案有4個、總案量78億元，新北市的指標建案有9個、總案量404億元，桃園地區有12個、總案量440億元，而新竹地區則有3個、總案量65億元。4區中以桃園地區的推案量最熱烈。
