| 台新重提併彰銀 財政部︰調查台新是否哄抬股價？

【林巧雁／台北報導】彰銀常董會今通過討論台新銀與彰銀整併案，財政部晚上發布新聞稿表示，已行文給金管會、證交所、投保中心，請其注意台新金是否有故意影響股價之嫌？未來本案若提董事會討論，財政部將請公股代表再次嚴正表達反對立場。
財政部認為今天的彰銀常董會於法不合，提出堅決反對立場，財政部認為合併研究案涉及公司重大利益事項，恐有影響股價及干擾金融秩序之虞，且非屬公司一般例行性業務，不宜由常務董事會逕行討論。

| 董建華：香港可為兩岸平台

香港前行政長官、中國全國政協副主席董建華今天晚間宴請民進黨前主席謝長廷時表示，兩岸之間應該優勢互補，而香港在兩岸事務中可發揮平台作用。
董建華晚間在港島香格里拉酒店宴請來港出席兩岸研討會的謝長廷等人，他在致詞時做以上表示。參加晚宴的除30多位代表團成員外，大陸參加這場研討會的代表也應邀與會。
謝長廷以台灣維新基金會董事長名義，中午搭乘華航班機率團抵達香港。代表團明天將出席由基金會主辦的「兩岸關係的發展與創新」研討會，研討會的協辦單位是大陸的中國社會科學院台灣研究所。
