| 屏縣府：東港第一鮪拍賣叫停

「第一鮪」桂冠的激勵，多年來驅動著台灣漁民出海犯險，爭先捕撈黑鮪魚。琉球籍漁船廣大興28號漁民洪石成遭菲律賓船掃射身亡，更引起台菲衝突。屏東縣政府有鑑於此，廿八日決定，明年黑鮪魚文化觀光季取消第一鮪拍賣儀式。
宜蘭蘇澳不跟進
消息傳到東港漁民耳裡，有人贊同，且認為有助於黑鮪魚保育，但大部分人不以為然，有人直言「明年抓到第一鮪的人，絕對會很不甘願。」

| 遭大貨車追撞 吉普車女駕駛受困暈厥

【陳偉周／基隆報導】今天上午10時許，台62線7.6公里處一輛吉普車與拖車發生追撞事故，吉普車遭撞車體變形，女駕駛受困車內一度暈厥，所幸送醫後無大礙。肇事陳姓駕駛（46歲）表示，當時因施工縮減道路，前方吉普車突然煞車，閃避不及才會撞上去，坦承「速度有開比較快！」
警消獲報到場，由於吉普車遭拖車超速追撞，車體變形，警消用電動油壓剪破門，將已暈厥的連姓女駕駛（47歲）救出，所幸送醫後無生命危險，警方正在釐清車禍肇事責任。
