| 擔憂GDP增速放緩 中共當局含蓄加大新一輪投資

【大紀元2013年06月29日訊】（大紀元記者任義報導）中國經濟下滑引起各界擔憂，中共地方政府靠賣地已難以維繫。中共當局GDP增長速度壓力也增大，並以棚戶區改造、城鎮化建設及促中部崛起等名義下，含蓄地開始加大投資力度。
「錢荒」致中共地方政府賣地衝動增強
中共審計署在6月10日公佈的《36個地方政府本級政府性債務審計結果》顯示，被審計的18個省會和直轄市，有17個承諾以土地出讓收入來償債，比例高達95%。2012年6000億的土地出讓淨收入連支付中共地方政府債務的年利息都不夠。
有分析人士認為，土地財政成了中共地方政府的救命稻草，由此也使得房價居高不下，但土地財政模式正逐漸進入低潮，地方債危機爆發風險日益加劇，而從中共地方政府最高達219%的債務率來看，債務危機的爆發恐將不再是一句空話。
