| 獨家 「民共交流」熱 綠營人士將進掌台大及政大國發所長

【顏振凱／台北報導】繼「北京會談」後，前行政院長謝長廷率多位民進黨公職赴香港辦論壇和中方對話，「民共交流」引發各界矚目，巧合的是，台大國發所、政大國發所兩個國內中國研究的重要學術機構，這個夏天起也將很「民共交流」。民進黨兩岸幕僚說，台大國發所所長周繼祥、政大國發所所長吳德美都將卸任，兩所所長八月起，將分由曾在民進黨執政時，任職過陸委會正、副主委職務的陳明通、童振源接掌。民進黨兩岸幕僚說，陳、童都是民進黨內中國事務委員會諮詢委員，委員會首次會議，陳就以諮詢委員政治組召集人身分提出「台灣的中國議程」報告，童則是謝提出「憲法共識」論述時，非常倚重的學界智囊。民進黨兩岸幕僚說，台大、政大國發所所長分由陳、童接下，似也映證「民共交流」的新紀元。
