| 淡水河飄浮屍 50歲男子身分待查

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天清晨6時許，有民眾報案在淡水河畔有人載浮載沉，警消獲報到達後將人打撈上岸，發現男子已死亡多時，警方調查，年約50多歲的男姓死者身上並無證件，警方目前正在釐清身分。

| 隱匿醫院是海砂屋 北市聯醫「罔顧人命」

【綜合報導】台北市立聯合醫院忠孝院區竟是海砂屋。據《蘋果》取得的鑑定報告，忠孝院區3年前就被鑑定是海砂屋，去年5月專業建築師事務所更建議應拆除重建，但忠孝院區卻隱匿消息，持續收治病患，北市聯醫院方昨坦承有此事。消基會與醫改團體痛批罔顧人命，要求忠孝院區立即停止營運，以防發生崩塌與死傷意外。
針對忠孝院區被鑑定為須拆除重建的海砂屋，各單位互踢皮球。營建署指只對新建物做海砂屋管理，北市建管處指只列管民間海砂屋。忠孝院區的上級主管機關北市聯醫指去年雖收到該份應拆除重建的報告，但還在找第三專業單位鑑定，還沒發包，所以會先補強。而北市衛生局、衛生署則是在《蘋果》告知後才知此事，指會再了解。一名忠孝院區不具名醫師說，院方未告知，「大家身陷險境都不知」。消基會祕書長雷立芬則大罵，北市府監督不周，若忠孝院區崩塌，恐釀成重大死傷意外。
