| 「放鞭炮」說引來圍剿 謝長廷聲明駁斥：惡意扭曲

【綜合報導】行政院前院長謝長廷因在香港舉辦的「兩岸關係的發展與創新研討會」閉幕致詞的一段話，經過《中評社》的報導後，引發黨內新潮流系的批判。謝長廷今晚發表聲明指出，「如果講說我是肯定服務貿易協定應該放鞭炮，這是惡意的扭曲。」
《新頭殼》在《中評社》刊載報導之後，也發出一篇標題為「簽服貿協議 謝長廷：應該放鞭炮才對」的報導，謝長廷晚間發表聲明駁斥。謝長廷指出，他昨天有舉理髮業者小姐的例子談服務貿易協議引起的反彈，證明說兩邊有差異，大陸認為善意，但台灣有反彈。他強調，他今天的演講也是一樣，「如果像他們講的讓利這麼多，兩年這麼多會議，為何反彈會這麼大？這就是認知的差異、或是資訊的錯誤、偏聽；如果講說我是肯定服務貿易協定應該放鞭炮，這是惡意的扭曲。」
