【大紀元2013年07月01日訊】（大紀元記者高雲林編譯報導）多倫多地區和皮爾區教師繼續以創記錄的速度請病假，尤其週一和週五兩天情況最為嚴重，這迫使各教育局絞盡腦汁尋找代課教師填補。
由於教師不再被允許積累病假，導致教師缺席率增加。多倫多教育局的教師缺勤率超過去年同期24%。
