| 美學貸利率7月前國會難搞定 料會自動翻倍

【大紀元2013年06月28日訊】（大紀元記者蘇子清綜合報導）離7月1日的學生貸款利率上升最後期限僅剩幾天時間。目前兩黨幾位參議員提出的防止學生貸款利率翻倍的提案，因得不到參議院民主黨領袖的支持而前景不明。如果7月1日前參議院不能達成共識，政府補貼型的聯邦教育貸款斯塔福德（Stafford Loan）的利率將自動翻倍，按從3.4%上升至6.8%。
由兩黨幾位參議員組成的團體日前提出議案，讓學生貸款利率隨市場趨勢不斷調整，這個提議將會防止近期內的貸款利率大幅上升，但同時有可能在未來幾年隨市場走高而帶來利率升高。
目前的該項議案建議將利率在10年期美國國債基礎上增加一個額外百分比。
對於今年秋天開學需要申請貸款的學生來說，這意味著本科借貸者利率為3.6%，研究生借貸者為5.2%，而父母借貸者則為6.2%。但未來幾年中，該利率可能攀昇，因為該建議中沒有給利率上升封頂。如果進行長久預估，儘管該建議使得第一年的貸款利率從原定的6.8%降低至3.6%，但在2017年該利率還是會隨經濟市場上升到6.8%，而在2018年將上升至7.2%.

1.預計會先把東西搬進去想要在7/5安床進去睡不知可否??或可以提早??
2.我們有小朋友要拜地基主嗎??
3如有要拜地基主什麼時候比較好是7/5或7/6上午或下午??
我們新家都沒人住過座西朝東
