【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】美國聯準會（Federal Reserve，Fed）預備減碼QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）之下，第3季美元料將在全球外匯市場維持強勢；日圓在日本央行（日銀）傾向加碼寬鬆之下，則維持弱勢格局；受全球經濟走疲影響，澳元等商品貨幣可能趨貶。
市場分析師預估，Fed最快今年9月就會減碼QE，最遲也會在今年底至明年初啟動減碼或進一步退場。市場瀰漫QE退場疑慮已讓美元指數今年2月來支撐在80以上，第3季還有可能進一步走升。
另一方面，日圓近期儘管波動劇烈，但日本央行官員一再重申，必要時不排除加強資產收購力度，貨幣政策若有進一步行動，加碼寬鬆可能性較高，恰與Fed相反，因此市場分析師認為，短線來看日圓或許有些震盪，不過以長線來看仍維持弱勢格局。
歐洲近期經濟數據轉強，一度讓歐元成為資金避風港，近4周兌美元曾升值近4%，但歐洲央行（歐銀）總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）仍表示，歐銀寬鬆政策距離退場尚遠，甚至揚言再度採取行動，歐銀傾向寬鬆的態度，恐令歐元走弱。
