| SUZUKI汽車保固期竟不保固 北市府發警訊

【施春美╱台北報導】北市法務局消保官室今天針對代理日本SUZUKI汽車的金鈴汽車，及其經銷商葳立汽車公司2家業者，發布「消費警訊」，提醒消費者小心。有消費者向北市府投訴，指5月向葳立汽車花79.8萬元購買SUZUKI汽車Swift Sport，該車5月就發生變速箱故障回葳立保養廠保固維修處理，修理費約17.8萬元，金鈴及葳立公司以該車未定期回廠檢查保養不提供保固維修，產生爭議。
這是北市消保官室首次對汽車的保固方式發出消費警訊。北市消保官室表示，葳立汽車簽訂車輛訂購契約書時，其契約書未載明、銷售人員也未告知消費者，該車詳細的保固里程、保固範圍等保固內容；而保證書另附加約定，「若起因為車主未適當檢查、保養、未正確使用等，車商就不提供保證修理」的規定，因此消費者買車當下並不知道有此附加條款。今將去函要求兩公司限期一個月內改正，否則將依《北市消保自治條例》，處2萬至10萬元罰鍰。
