| 牙醫偕舊情人上摩鐵 「取暖」未脫衣判免賠

【綜合報導】台北市1名已婚許姓牙醫師前年12月涉偕舊情人到汽車旅館，許妻委徵信社調查且會同警方破門「抓猴」，見2人穿著整齊，聲稱因當時寒流來襲，去摩鐵「避風、取暖」無不軌；許妻提告求償300萬元，台北地院認為2人在汽車旅館內衣著整齊，侵權情節不重大，判許妻敗訴。
《自由時報》報導，警破門而入，許男與舊情人衣著整齊，床舖未見激戰後的凌亂，房內也沒有用過的保險套、衛生紙，許妻仍主張該女子侵害她的配偶權，控告求償。
台北地院審理認為，當街牽手、開房間的行為已侵犯許妻配偶權，但程度未達「情節重大」的侵權賠償要件，日前判牙醫舊情人免賠。

| 300壯士鬼崇行善 羅馬掏790元賞流浪漢

【陳泓銘／綜合報導】「300壯士」傑瑞德巴特勒（Gerard Butler）正與羅馬尼亞籍女友瑪黛蓮娜珍娜（Madalina Ghenea），在義大利享受「羅馬假期」。日前一早他獨自外出，看見街邊躺著一個沉睡的流浪漢，他見四下無人，掏出20歐元（約790元台幣）鈔票，偷偷塞進他乞討的棒球帽後，立馬離去。
43歲的巴特勒7年前以《300壯士：斯巴達的逆襲》走紅，近年把妹比拍片還勤，幸好今年以《全面攻佔：倒數救援》重返票房巨星之林。如今事業與愛情皆得意的他，心情大好，看見流浪漢也不忘發揮愛心，獲網友稱讚。
