| 好像！楊志良公事包「木刻版」 也捐健保局

【蔡明樺／台北報導】衛生署前署長楊志良2年前卸任時網拍公事包，被鴻海集團董事長郭台銘出資500萬元得標，楊志良個人再加碼50萬元，義賣所得全數捐贈健保愛心專戶，楊志良今天出席台日韓全民健保研討會時，再將公事包以「好膽愛心包」名義捐給健保局，他承諾，好膽愛心包每義賣千萬，他就自掏腰包百萬，贊助健保愛心專戶。
另外，雕刻家楊北辰則以台灣高山樟木為材，花1年時間投入人力，完成楊志良公事包的木雕復刻版，成本100萬元，有人出價200萬要收購被楊北辰婉拒，他今天也把木雕包捐給健保局，他形容捐作品就像「嫁女兒」，希望健保局好好運用，義賣所得能用來做善事助弱勢。

| 廣大興台菲罪名落差大 曾勇夫「沒有這樣的情資」

【胡守得／台北報導】法務部長曾勇夫今天上午參加「司法官訓練所」改制為「司法官學院」，針對「廣大興28號」漁船事件台、菲起訴罪名及人數存有落差而遲未公布，曾勇夫說，「目前為止，沒有這樣的情資進來，菲國至今沒有對調查結果作答覆」。
媒體詢問台、菲相互派調查團實地調查已一個月餘，一直未公布調查結果，曾勇夫表示，公布時間操之於菲，會要求菲方儘快發布調查結果，希望早日公諸於世，但目前菲方報告已由司法部送交總統府批核，等菲總統決定才能公布。
