| 偕人夫開房間偷情？小三：寒流來入房取暖

一名牙醫與藥廠負責人的千金結縭20年，男方日前外遇舊情人，2人一同上摩鐵被妻子跟蹤並報警逮人，怒控對方妨害家庭，並向她求償3百萬。但法院審理後，2人當時衣著整齊，且對方稱說當時因為寒流來襲，才會提議到汽車旅館「取暖」，並無任何不軌行為，法院因此判決妻子敗訴。
該名在台北市信義區開設牙醫診所的許姓男子，她和楊姓妻子在民國82年結婚，2人育有3名子女，妻子還是國內知名藥廠負責人的千金。根據《自由時報》報導，2人近年感情不睦，正在打離婚官司。楊女指控丈夫與婚前交往4年前女友溫姓女子過從甚密，找徵信社人員跟蹤。
徵信社人員拍到2人牽手畫面，並在100年12月拍到2人一同到旅館開房間，楊女得知後找員警到場抓姦，結果只見2人衣著整齊、現場未出現凌亂情況，也無用過的保險套和衛生紙。即使如此楊女仍控告溫女侵害她配偶權，溫女稱說當時2人在街頭遇到，閒話家常一番後，因當時寒流來襲，才會提議到旅館避寒取暖，2人並無踰矩行為。
