證交所董事長李述德在今天的交接典禮上，推崇許仁壽為人謙沖與人為善，並熟悉證交所業務，對台灣資本市場及證券業務貢獻相當多，他也期許新任總經理林火燈任重道遠，共同為證券市場打拼。

| 快來清水 2萬張明信片免費送

【林世雄／台中報導】由台中市政府旅遊局贊助、台中市鰲峰人文發展協會發行的2萬張「樂郵遊清水明信片」於今天起開始免費索取。台中市鰲峰人文發展協會總幹事楊培亨表示，這組明信片共有8種款式，介紹台中市清水區的清水火車站、五福圳、高美濕地、石瀨頭大彎角、清水公園、台中國際藝術村之眷村、塗鴉藝術村、清水漁港等8個景點，照片全部由攝影師洪銘皇拍攝。
前述景點都各放置500張明信片，而清水區也有30家店家響應，每店贊助200張明信片的郵資，供民眾免費郵寄，不過，這些明信片希望能夠寄到台中市以外的縣市，一起來行銷台中市清水區。活動將持續到九月底截止。

| 高市警局長挺基層 堅持不畏關說辦案

【林錫淵／高雄報導】高市警局保大特勤中隊警員邱集田偵辦毒品案不畏關說，卻遭調至警衛中隊站大門，高市警察局長黃茂穗力挺基層依法執法，今早到保安大隊精神講話，為保大同仁加油打氣。黃茂穗說，絕對堅定支持第一線員警依法執法，面對任何關說與施壓，一定要堅持到底。對於此事件因保大大隊長帶基層同仁到民代服務處去溝通，引發衝突，黃茂穗也檢討說：「保安大隊缺乏事前判斷。」
