【林泊志／宜蘭報導】監委黃煌雄今前往宜蘭縣政府，受理民眾陳情時提及上月約詢相關官員，交通部觀光局對所管轄龜山島，針對島上歷史、人文介紹不足處，建議利用島上原有建物進行修繕，設置歷史、地質博物館或文物館。
另監委黃煌雄也說，針對宜花東不少遊艇業者，近年來推出海上「賞鯨之旅」，旦台灣東海岸約95％以上所見都是海豚，鮮少鯨魚出現，他認為應「正名」為「賞豚」或「賞鯨豚」，避免有「廣告不實」之嫌。
