【大紀元2013年07月02日訊】（大紀元記者唐文綜合報導）溫家寶親信、中共國務院副總理馬凱繼爆冷擊敗江派背景常務副總理張高麗主管金融後，日前連兼新職，在國務院系統，同李克強和汪洋形成核心三人組態勢明顯。在近日習近平主持召開的政治局會議上，馬凱等六人特別「重點發言」。有分析指，馬凱的政治角色吃重，馬凱等所掌管的金融等領域，正是現在中共內部博弈激烈的地方。

溫家寶親信馬凱連兼新職

6月27日，中國國務院發佈職務調整通知稱，現任國務院副總理馬凱代替張德江任國務院促進中小企業發展工作領導小組組長，統籌發改委、財政部、人民銀行等21個部局級單位在中小企業方面的工作。

此前，6月21日，國務院在取消農民工工作聯席會議的同時成立農民工工作領導小組，馬凱任該小組組長，統籌33個黨政組織機構在該方面的工作。

5月28日，馬凱還獲任國務院官安全生產委員會主任。據悉，該委員會調整後在國務院分工體系中地位和作用明顯突出，公安部部長郭聲琨、國務委員王勇、安全監管總局局長楊棟樑與國務院副秘書長肖亞慶任副主任。馬凱統籌公安部、中共宣傳部、共青團中央、武警部隊、總參謀部約40個黨政單位工作。
