| 微軟互動娛樂事業總裁唐‧麥崔克確定離職 將轉任 Zynga 執行長

主管 Xbox 遊戲事業的微軟互動娛樂事業總裁唐‧麥崔克（Don Mattrick），7 月 1 日確定辭職離開微軟，7 月 8 日起轉任社群遊戲大廠 Zynga 執行長與董事，微軟互動娛樂事業總裁職位空缺尚待遞補。
Zynga 於公告中表示，新任執行長的麥崔克以往位居產業最前線，擁有超過 30 年的娛樂產業開發、建置與管理經驗。創辦人兼原執行長馬克‧品庫斯（Mark Pincus）則將繼續擔任董事會主席與產品長。
微軟執行長史蒂夫·鮑爾默（Steve Ballmer）在事後發表的公開信件中，對麥崔克給予祝福，他表示在麥崔克這 6 年的領導下，Xbox LIVE 的會員數從 600 萬人成長到 4800 萬人，Xbox 360 則成為這兩年北美最暢銷的電視遊樂器，發表推出 Kinect 並賣出超過 2400 萬組感測器，推出眾多優質遊戲，最重要的是將 Xbox 從遊戲娛樂延伸到運動、音樂、電影、實況電視等全方位娛樂。
