| 宜縣府日本福島考察 林聰賢：反核四才能護子孫

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣政府福島複合性災害應變機制考察團，上月23日前往日本311核災發生地，進行5天的考察行程，途中拜會當地町長、南相馬市長、神奈川縣知事及日本前首相菅直人，並前往受災最嚴重的浪江町，實際了解核災後慘況。
宜蘭縣府今舉行返台記者會說明參訪過程。縣長林聰賢認為，大台北地區、蘭陽地區禁不起一次核災，只要有萬分之一機率，水源恐完蛋，子孫將無法在此生存。他說，比台灣先進的日本都無法處理核災，何況台灣！盼此次見學過程，喚醒宜蘭居民重視核災問題，他強調中央若貿然讓核四運轉，盼核四公投「要玩真的！」讓住民自決。
另，此行中宜蘭縣長與日本前首相菅直人會面時，邀請菅直人來台訪問，提供親身處理核災的經驗，林聰賢說，目前正透過管道並找尋適當時機，請前日相來台分享經驗。
