| 盲人過馬路 墜落4公尺深下水道

【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市一名20歲男盲胞，今天下午3時許獨自走在中和南山路上，不慎摔落4公尺深下水道，工人發現趕緊報警，警消到場後將男子救上來，發現他雙腳輕微擦傷，身體並無大礙，立刻送往雙和醫院觀察。
現場工人向警方表示，當時在做汙水下水道工程，旁邊也都有用圍籬隔起，入口處還用太空包堆放，工人才將太空包搬走，不到20秒就看到男子獨自走過去，才大喊：「小心！」男子就跌落下水道。
警消將男子從4公尺深的汙水下水道救上來，並送往雙和醫院。潘志偉攝

| 港學者：打破行政立法僵局普選勢在必行

今年香港七一遊行人數增加，香港城市大學「專業進修學院」學術統籌宋立功表示主要跟普選議題有關。
被問到今年遊行人數雖多，但氣氛較往年和平，非暴力情況在明年「佔領中環」運動中是否會持續，宋立功表示，今年遊行人士的確較為克制，但明年是否維持這種平和氣氛，還要看北京是否對民眾訴求讓步，以及民怨是否得到解決而定。
對於如何打破香港行政及立法之間的僵局，宋立功說普選勢在必行。

【楊景婷╱台北報導】劇場泰斗李國修今晨在台中市中國醫藥大學附設醫院病逝，大體約傍晚5點抵達台北市第二殯儀館。除了妻子王月和一對兒女，顧寶明、樊光耀等好友都來送行。
