| 3年前鑑定海砂屋 拖到明年才改建

華視新聞為您的生活權益把關，建管處從七月開始，將重罰所有民間興建的海砂屋，而台北一位辛小姐居住的大龍社區，三年前就被鑑定出是海砂屋，市場處卻規劃明年五月十五才停止使用，月初台灣才發生了六級的有感強震，讓辛小姐覺得自己整天住的提心吊膽。
這是今年6/2，震央在南投發生的六級強震，當時在屋內的民眾，四散奔逃的驚險場面。台北辛小姐，現在住的大龍社區是海砂屋，地震當時，他被嚇壞了，但海砂屋的房子卻要在明年五月十五，才會重新改建，萬一這期間又發生地震，辛小姐認為，這根本就是拿生命在開玩笑。
記者實際來到現場，走上樓一看，到處都是裝滿天花板剝落碎石的麻布袋，當地住戶說，有人因為擔心晚上被天花板砸傷，甚至帶著安全帽睡覺，距離重新改建的日期還有將近一年的時間，但合格的建設公司卻遲遲沒有下文，住在這裡的民眾都擔心，要是哪天又發生了強烈地震，生命安全誰來保障？

| 統一獅300萬簽下高中左投江辰晏

【姚瑞宸／綜合報導】統一獅隊昨天以簽約金300萬元及月薪5萬元，正式簽下剛從西苑高中畢業的左投手江辰晏，成為中華職棒「高中生選秀會」後第1個簽約加盟的選手。
江辰晏資歷曾入選2010 IBA世界軟式中華隊代表、2013 U18世界杯中華代表隊，最快球速可達145Km，在今年季中選秀會中被統一獅隊在第1輪指名。
統一獅獅隊領隊蘇泰安表示；「江辰晏是名有可塑性，是名值得期待的選手，也為了鼓勵他，所以給他300萬元簽約金」。
