| 神學士汽車炸彈炸北約建物 至少10死

【綜合報導】阿富汗首都喀布爾(Kabul)一處北大西洋公約組織(NATO)的建築物，當地時間今天(2日)清晨約4時30分，遭到「神學士」(Taliban)策動的汽車炸彈攻擊，爆炸威力強大，當場炸死10人，其中4人是負責看管閘門的衛兵，4人是搭成汽車炸彈到場的「神學士」份子，另外2人是開著卡車等候檢查的司機，其他還有多人受傷。

| OECD：日美英減債最艱辛

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】OECD（Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development，經濟合作暨發展組織）在最新報告中指出，在所有需要削減債務的國家中，以日本、美國與英國所面臨的難度最大。
OECD的報告顯示，在34個成員國中，若要在2060年前把政府債務佔GDP（Gross Domestic Product，國內生產毛額）的比重降至60%，日本、美國與英國需要實施的削減開支與增稅規模最大。但相關措施將對經濟成長與收入均衡造成負面影響。如何在促進均衡發展之際，又要避免損害長期成長前景，將讓這3國面臨艱辛挑戰。
OECD的報告也指出，部分成員國無需實施額外的財政整頓，其中包括丹麥、愛沙尼亞、德國、南韓、挪威和瑞士。
