自工會三法於2011年五一勞動節解禁以來，政府相關部門、教育相關團體對教師工會的關注不曾少過，只是他們關注的焦點不是如何保障教師的勞動基本權，而是大肆抨擊教師工會享有所謂「優渥的保障」，部分教育官員、學校校長視教師工會為洪水猛獸的行徑，正好與馬政府努力營造保障人權的形象，成為強烈對比，看來不全面提升官員人權素養，再多的宣傳預算也是枉然。
工會會務假輪不到監察院置喙
