| 銷北韓WMD設備台籍父子 父親將被引渡回美受審

【綜合報導】根據美國聯邦調查局（Federal Bureau of Investigation，FBI）的新聞稿證實，今年5月涉嫌將將大規模毀滅性武器（Weapons of Mass Destruction，WMD）運往北韓而被美國檢方起訴的台籍蔡姓父子，當時在愛沙尼亞落網的父親蔡顯泰（Alex Tsai）已確定將被愛沙尼亞引渡回美國。
蔡顯泰與兒子蔡越勳（音譯，Yueh-Hsun Tsai，又名Gary Tsai）涉嫌利用設立新公司，將大規模毀滅性武器相關設備運送到北韓，2009年被美國政府列為不得交易的黑名單，今年5月蔡顯泰在愛沙尼亞被捕，同日蔡越勳在美國芝加哥落網。蔡顯泰被引渡回美之後，父子合計預料將面臨最多45年的徒刑。

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】無故隨意播打119電話小心被罰錢，依據消防法第36條規範，民眾謊報火警或無故撥火警電話119等影響消防設備運作及消防設備調度等情事時，將處3000元以上、1萬5000元以下罰鍰。昨天晚間5時許，新北市鶯歌區一名酒醉的56歲何姓男子，在1小時內無故使用公共電話連續播打26通119報案，經轄區消防隊前往錄影蒐證及何男坦承無故亂打119報案電話，因此警消現場依消防法對何男開立舉發單。

| 美職國際新秀排名高 曾仁和歸屬近日可望揭曉

【謝岱穎／綜合報導】美國時間7月2日是大聯盟各隊國際自由球員簽約新年度的起始日，各隊將從這一天開始重新計算國際自由球員的年度總簽約金預算。根據小聯盟權威媒體《棒球美國》的分析，剛剛從三民高中畢業的經典賽國手「土虱」曾仁和，在新一年度30大國際新秀中排名第23，雖然他的行情跟去年比起來稍有下降，但仍有多支球隊對他有興趣。
曾仁和去年最夯的時候，簽約金一度傳言可望達到200萬美元，但經典賽過後，他在國內青比賽的表現明顯下滑，球速也不如去年，外傳簽約金可能會降到百萬美元以下。根據《棒球美國》的推測，曾仁和將落腳印地安人，但預算空間較廣的雙城和小熊等隊也都有興趣。
由於國際新秀預算新年度從今天開始，這幾天就陸續會有大聯盟球隊簽下美國海外新秀的訊息，熱門人物之一的曾仁和花落誰家，近日可望揭曉。
