【綜合報導】你在跑步機上能跑多快呢？一般人跑步頂多時速約8至10公里，但美國NFL亞利桑納紅雀隊的進攻組新人接球員吉爾（Robert Gill）在跑步機上以時速25英里（40公里）的速度「狂奔」，一雙如卡通般快步奔跑的令人咋舌。
這段影片是吉爾在球季前訓練時所拍攝，只見吉爾先試跑了幾步適應速度，接著雙腳踏上時速高達40公里的跑步機輸送帶上賣力地跑著，雙手也離開了跑步機的扶手，完成後吉爾自己也很興奮，這段挑戰跑步機時速極限的影片於6月25日上傳至YouTube，目前已吸引了近156萬人次瀏覽。

| 男子不明原因墜樓 到院前無生命跡象

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，在蘆洲民義街一處公寓民宅前，住戶聽到很大的撞擊聲，打開窗戶查看，剛好看到一台計程車旁邊趴著一個人，以為是車禍，趕緊打119報案。
轄區警員及救護人員到達現場，發現一名男子倒臥血泊之中，初步研判是墜樓案件，在救護人員現場急救發現男子無生命跡象，立即將男子送往北市新光醫院，到院後有恢復生命跡象，已經轉到加護病房觀察。

| 「絕不下台」 穆希公開要求軍方撤銷最後通牒

【綜合報導】埃及總統穆希（Mohamed Mursi）公開要求軍方收回要求他下台的最後通牒，表示他絕不會下台，此舉顯示穆希並不考慮對反對陣營讓步。
埃及總統府的官方推特（Twitter）上的訊息指出，穆希再次強調埃及憲法賦予他擔任總統的正當性，反對任何來自內部甚或外部企圖分化埃及的舉動。軍方指出已看到穆希的訴求，稍後將有具體回應。穆希稍晚也在電視上發表演說呼籲「別讓『他們』偷走屬於你的革命成果」，強力捍衛自己的總統職位。
