【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市一名36歲色表哥，今年元月初佯裝提供電腦給17歲表妹及表弟玩，邀兩姐弟到家裡來，只是色表哥趁小表弟玩電腦上網之際，他帶著表妹到房內，要求表妹先幫他按摩、踩背才能玩，表妹依表哥請求幫他按摩，只是色表哥卻慾火焚身。
色表哥竟伸鹹豬手摸表妹胸部，還企圖脫表妹衣物企圖性侵，被害女反抗才未果。被害人離開到浴室哭泣後，被告竟要被害女蹲下，拉對方手去幫「打手槍」，少女反抗，色表哥才放棄，自慰解慾。被害女返家洗澡，透過臉書告訴姐姐遭大表哥非禮，家長才得知怒控外甥。
