【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市一名44歲陳姓社區警衛，曾與葉姓男住戶起口角生嫌隙，去年11月間，他見葉男將機車停在社區大門前，竟把狗屎塗抹在葉男的機車座墊上，3天後他在大門口遇到葉男，又辱罵：「Ｘ你娘！你看三小。」遭葉男控告毀損、公然侮辱罪。
檢方調查，陳男將狗屎塗抹在葉男的機車座墊上不構成毀損行為，調閱社區監視器影像只看到陳男手指著葉男，因影像只有畫面沒有聲音，無從判別陳男辱罵內容，日前對陳男處分不起訴。
