| 海祭中暑爆增4倍 熱衰竭恐致命

【林媛玲／新北報導】貢寮海洋音樂祭將在下周三起跑，5天預估湧入100萬人次，但往年海祭每天近20人中暑，較平日高4倍，提醒民眾從事戶外活動應準備防曬乳、帽子、傘具、長袖衣服、太陽眼鏡及飲用水等，若出現心跳加快、血壓降低、噁心等中暑症狀，馬上到陰涼處休息或就醫。
亞東醫院急診室主任蔡光超說，嚴重中暑會導致熱衰竭，出現神智混亂甚至昏迷，最嚴重恐造成多重器官衰竭，有生命危險，衛生局在海祭會設置救護站，提供緊急醫療協助。

| 國際油價飆漲2.6% 創14個月新高

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】埃及緊張局勢及美國庫存意外下滑帶動國際油價急漲，紐約西德州原油期貨亞洲盤一度飆漲2.6%，由周二收盤不到每桶100美元，連續突破101、102美元關卡，衝上14個月新高102.18美元，也是9個月來首度突破100美元大關。
埃及動盪局勢愈演愈烈，升高中東區域緊張風險，同時美國最新數據顯示，上周原油庫存銳減940萬桶，減幅為今年來最大。
