| 服貿協議談話惹議 藍中常委邱復生力挺管中閔

【何孟奎／台北報導】經建會主委管中閔近日為捍衛兩岸服務貿易協議引發爭議，國民黨中常委邱復生今天在中常會中力挺管中閔，表示他非常敬佩管中閔勇於捍衛政府政策的決心與意志，他並呼籲政府所有官員與黨籍立委應堅定支持馬英九總統的開放政策。
邱復生說，服貿協議大陸對台灣承諾開放80項，已超過世界貿易組織（WTO）的規範，台灣應將心比心，體會大陸的善意誠意。他認為，立法院應比照兩岸經濟協議（ECFA）的表決方式，採「逐條審查、全案表決」來審查兩岸服務貿易協議，否則將造成整體協議執行困難，也會影響台灣未來和他國談判的時程。

【綜合報導】知名美容業者媚登峰遭員工檢舉，指高層明知生產保健食品「紅花琉璃飲」已過期，竟要求員工向會員推銷販賣，涉犯詐欺及偽造文書等罪嫌。
下午台北市調處幹員會同台北侍衛生局人員前往媚登峰分公司搜索，並查扣有問題的產品、及相關帳冊。
