【孫英哲／彰化報導】移民署彰化專勤隊內有一對夫妻科員謝建帆（40歲）、黃詩婷（29歲），兩人日前聯手破獲一起中國女子假結婚來台案件，夫唱婦隨的傑出工作表現，被隊上同仁譽為神鵰俠侶。
謝建帆說，他和妻子黃詩婷在專勤隊服務6年，結婚1年多，日前他們獲線報，指稱一名中國籍鄔姓女子疑似假結婚來台，他和妻子針對新婚夫妻可能面對狀況詢問鄔女，結果鄔女回答得牛頭不對馬嘴，才破獲全案，而後續偵查時，他負責訊問假老公戴男，妻子則負責問鄔女。

| 賣WMD給北韓 台籍父子被美關

【陳郁仁／台北報導】今年5月台籍的蔡姓父子因涉嫌將大規模毀滅性武器（Weapons of Mass Destruction，WMD）運往北韓而被美國檢方起訴，蔡父在歐洲愛沙尼亞被捕，兒子則在美國被抓。根據外電報導，當時在愛沙尼亞落網的父親蔡顯泰（Alex Tsai），恐在本週被引渡回美國。我外交部今說，台灣跟美國沒有換囚協定，蔡姓父子若被定罪，雖是台籍，仍要在美國服刑。
外交官員表示，美國禁止出售武器給北韓，雖然蔡姓父子是台灣人，但可能國際上有公約或共識，美國跟愛沙尼亞也有引渡協定，認為就算是外國人也可引渡，我國只能派外館官員前往探視、請律師，提供必要協助。
