【王毓健／綜合報導】台灣網球一姊謝淑薇在溫網女子雙打再傳捷報，搭檔好姊妹彭帥在8強戰直落2擊退東歐跨國組合揚珂薇琪／盧琪琪，繼去年美國公開賽，生涯第2度闖進大滿貫雙打4強。
首盤雙方都沒給對手太多機會，謝／彭抓住唯一破發點兌現成破發球局險勝；第2盤2組人馬持續拉鋸，都獲3個破發球點，但謝／彭把握度較高，2度破發、2度化解破發點，成為勝負分水嶺。

| 歐洲股市開低走低 英法德均挫逾1.6%

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】埃及抗議行動擴大、葡萄牙政局生變，對金融市場產生衝擊，紐約原油期貨價衝上每桶100美元，而歐洲股市則開低走低，其中葡萄牙股市下挫超過5%，其他英國、法國與德國股市下挫幅度也超過1.6%。
葡萄牙10年期公債殖利率一度衝破8%，凸顯出投資人懼怕該國債務危機重演的恐懼心理。

| 【短片】Fun暑假 兒童劇團演故事輕鬆學歷史

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義市政府文化局，今天在百年公園內的史蹟館，發表《阿里山下的百年公園》繪本，並由小茶壼兒童劇團演出史蹟館的故事。
文化局長房靖如表示，史蹟館建於昭和18年（西元1943年）是日治時代的神社，屬書院造式建築。暑假期間要讓小朋友輕鬆認識，百年公園的歷史和史蹟，繪本中的小桃子，每週都會以說故事方式，帶領小朋友從清代到日治到民國300多年歷史，啟發小朋友豐富的想像力。
