| 上午高溫午後有陣雨 未來一周持續悶熱天氣

【張勵德／台北報導】今天各地天氣與昨天類似，白天持續高溫炎熱，午後可能有短暫陣雨，中央氣象局預估，台灣西半部地區高溫約攝氏34到35度，東半部地區約攝氏33度，沒有下雨的時候仍然相當悶熱，提醒民眾外出要記得做好防曬準備，並適時補充水分以免中暑。預估未來一周全台各地都會持續這種天氣型態。
氣象局表示，今天中部以北及宜蘭、花蓮地區都有出現午後雷陣雨的機會，降雨區域仍以山區為主，但也可能往平地方向擴散，降雨時間可能持續到入夜之後，尤其對流發展旺盛時，很可能出現局部性大雨，請民眾留意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風甚至是冰雹。

| 上班族久坐不運動 小心成為麵龜族！

【沈能元／台北報導】根據2012年體委會運動城市調查顯示，上班族不運動原因5成2比率為沒時間、2成5工作太累、1成9為懶得運動，中國民國肥胖研究學會理事長劉珍芳說，上班族不愛運動，又因工作壓力，喜歡至吃到飽餐廳、燒烤店等紓解壓力，一餐熱量攝取易逾一日建議量2千大卡，很容易成為成為「辦公室馬鈴薯」、「麵龜族」！
劉珍芳說，建議上班族至燒烤店時，可選擇海鮮、魚、雞肉等脂肪較低的白肉，並增加香菇、洋蔥、筊白筍等蔬菜的攝取，或以生菜包肉增加飽足感，避免攝取過多熱量；中華民國肥胖研究學會推出「吃動樂平衡手冊」，以11種現代人常見的外食案例，透過營養師將教導民眾如何健康吃。
