| 外交部提醒：美國免簽無法入境墨西哥

【陳郁仁／台北報導】中美洲國家墨西哥和哥斯大黎加兩國規定，若持有有效的美國和歐盟簽證，就可免簽入境該兩國。但我外交部中南美司司長吳進木今表示，最近常有國人申請美國免簽ESTA入境美國，最後要去墨西哥和哥斯大黎加，卻被拒絕入境，經我外館了解，墨、哥兩國並不接受美國ESTA的簽證，國人必須要在護照上有實體的傳統美國簽證（粘貼於護照上），才能免簽入境。
吳進木提醒國人若無傳統美簽，要赴墨西哥和哥斯大黎加，必須要分別跟這兩國申請簽證。

【張菱育╱台北報導】全台持續籠罩在高溫中，台北日前更連續3天最高溫飆破36度，6月平均氣溫更是創下歷史新高，成為百年以來最熱的6月。讓不少民眾覺得「想吹冷氣又怕昂貴電費吃不消」，好房網資深協理徐賢淑表示，只要掌握降溫4大招，不用心疼砸錢吹冷氣，也能有涼爽的居家環境。
其中包括做好戶外遮蔽，例如樓鋪設黑紗網或保麗龍板，以減緩熱能傳導、在室內種植綠化的植物盆栽、拔掉家中不常用的家電插頭，避免室內熱能傳導而拉高溫度、清除家中過多的雜物，保持空氣流通也可營造涼感的方法。

| 北市公寓火警 4樓住處遭燒毀

【綜合報導】北市大安路一棟４樓公寓驚傳火警，火勢猛烈路過民眾看到趕緊報警，也馬上疏散樓下住戶，警消出動各式車輛27部，火勢在20分鐘後撲滅，所幸沒有人員受傷受困，起火原因仍待警消調查。
