| 高雄市6月建物買賣移轉棟數月減24% 專家仍看好

【顏嘉瑩】高雄市今天公布6月建物買賣移轉棟數，總計3649棟，與5月比月減高達24%，也較去年同期減少15.9%，為5都中交易衰退最多的主要都會區。
根據高雄市地政局公布資料，交易量前3名為鳳山區、三民區、鼓山區，排名雖與上月相同，但交易量第1名的鳳山區6月買賣移轉棟數也僅522棟，與5月第3名鼓山區的575棟水準差不多。
住商不動產鳳山文山加盟店店長鄭啟峰表示，以高雄市鳳山區來講，中古屋市場交易相當熱絡。他指出，鳳山區房價仍維持在1字頭，且生活機能佳、推案量也多，因此連3個月都站上高雄市的交易王。
