【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】林姓男子9年前運安非他命到日本，在日本成田海關被查獲，被日本法院判刑8年定讞。
林男在日服刑期間，因不服監所人員管理，又埋怨我國駐日代表處人員照顧不周，不斷寄信到駐日代表馮寄台辦公處恐嚇「我回台灣後要到拿汽油彈到日橋學校丟擲，開槍射殺日本人小孩」、「馮大代表，回台後要槍殺觀光客和日本貴族。」
