| 瑪瑙加工染色 地下水成「綠茶」

【綜合報導】中國遼寧省阜新蒙古族自治縣境內，多處鄉村因當地瑪瑙染色加工業發展，導致地下水受污染長達20多年，從井裡打上來的水都呈淡綠色，當地村民戲稱是「藥湯」或「綠茶」不敢飲用，村民長期到處買水借水，當地政府官員表示「誰污染誰處理」，踢皮球的態度，讓村民有苦難伸。
那力閃村從1980年代開始發展瑪瑙染色工藝，主要使用硫酸銀、硫酸鐵等化學原料，染色後的水就隨意傾倒入河溝，對地下水造成嚴重污染，2012年環保局檢測當地井水顯示，六價鉻最高超標30.46倍，氯化物最高超標1.51倍。接觸六價鉻，可能導致皮膚過敏，吸入的話還可能致癌。
那力閃村雖然裝有自來水，但部分貧困家庭繳不起水費，還是只能靠井水生活，面對井水長期遭嚴重污染，當地環保局表示很難監管村民私自加工瑪瑙，問題應該由污染者治理，不能由政府解決。
