【張先華／台中報導】一名在宇祥營造有限公司上班的女性員工，今上午上班途中行經大坑山區北坑巷產業道路時，與同公司一輛由劉姓員工駕駛的灑水車發生車禍，女員工頭部不幸遭灑水車輾過，當場死亡，車禍發生原因由警方調查及追究責任。

| 路旁大喇喇吸K菸 27歲男被逮

【寶智華／雲林報導】斗南鎮沈姓男子(27歲)昨傍晚坐在路旁機車上直接吸起k菸，巡邏警員聞到異味，直覺可疑，趨前盤查時沈手中還夾著半支k菸，經搜查，在他的香菸盒中找到三支k菸，沈停在路旁的轎車裡有15包k他命總重27.85公克，市值15000元，由於鄰近就有一家ＫＴＶ，警方懷疑他身懷大量Ｋ他命是準備要販售，但他辯稱是向不知名男子買來自己吸食，警方偵訊後以違反《毒品危害防治條例》罪嫌移送檢方偵辦。

| 【短片】怕被偷拆 大埔農抗議轟「強盜政府」

【綜合報導】來自全國各地，聲援竹南大埔徵地緩拆4建物的農民、社運團體，今天上午有近300人集結，高喊「強盜政府」。
因為傳出有政府公文表示，如果7月5號前沒有拆除這4棟建物，就會改拆位在仁愛路的雜貨店。
大埔農民表示，抗議活動會一直持續下去，直到副總統吳敦義、行政院長江宜樺、苗栗縣長劉政鴻三人商討結果出爐，才會決定要不要結束。
