| 酒空踢消防員LP 沒中判拘50天

【劉志原╱台北報導】郭姓男子今年2月間深夜，在台北市林森北路一家卡拉OK店消費，酒後不慎弄破酒杯並割傷手，廖姓消防隊員到場幫他包紮，郭男竟舉腳踢向廖員胯下，造成廖員腹壁挫傷，台北地院依妨害公務罪判郭拘役50天，可易科罰金5萬元。
案發當天，廖姓消防隊員非常有耐心替郭男包紮止血，但郭不停揮手，廖員即請他不要亂動，否則紗布會脫落，郭男竟一腳踢向廖員下體，還好廖員即時閃躲，只有腹部輕微受傷。

| 【台股盤中】第一金投顧陳奕光 台股收復8千點再望 仍要留心高價股

【陳俐妏／台北報導】台股今天開高走揚，在歐股激勵，權值股帶動下，指數盤中站回8000點，大漲逾100點，攻克半年線反壓。第一金投顧副總經理陳奕光表示，今天在歐股大漲，跌深股反彈，台股價量齊昂，有望挑戰收復8000點，但8000點還是有賣壓，
陳奕光指出，亞股在反映歐洲漲勢，台股今天價量齊昂，預估量能如果超過800億元，就有望站穩8000點。不過目前看來台股壓力仍來自高價股，如F-TPK（3673）還在平盤下，台積電（2330）走勢也要觀察。
