| 中市17億元罰金 3億竟成公務員獎金

多名台中市議員昨天質疑市府去年罰單收入17億元，竟給公務員3億當獎金，其中市長胡志強「督導有功」領走環保稽查獎勵金15萬，胡志強臉色凝重，當場詢問各局處首長「我不是說不領嗎？不要陷我於不義！」
胡志強強調，還沒入帳的獎金都不會領，市府也一定會檢討。
市議員謝志忠等人昨質詢環保局去年發放稽查獎勵金，市長「因功」領15萬多元，局長22萬元，人事、主計、財政等單位算「間接人員」，局處長和科長各獲1到5萬不等。
