| 惡男打架發狠 如「咬三明治」般咬掉對手生殖器

【綜合報導】英國一名41歲蠻漢馬丁(Jason Martin)，日前在家中聽音樂，因為音量極大，吵到鄰居，住在隔壁的39歲男子亨德森(Richard Henderson)委婉地傳訊息請他改善，但馬丁不但沒反省沒歉意，而且更發飆、登門找亨德森吵罵，一輪口角後，馬丁一手抱住亨德森、一手抓向他下體，把他硬扯出門外，兩人在地上扭打起來，後來馬丁把對手硬押在牆上，彎身狂咬他的生殖器。亨德森痛極狂叫，同居女友和鄰居趕來搭救。
亨德森前天(3日)在法庭上，形容馬丁「像吃三名治那樣一口咬下」。警方獲報到場時，他還滿口鮮血，而亨德森則是身受重傷，生殖器內外都得縫針，日後功能是否正常也還都是未知數。馬丁則被控蓄意傷人，案件仍未審理終結。

新北：市議員劉美芳與板橋區亂剪旗艦店攜手合作，推出愛心義剪活動，將五百名義剪證明卡捐贈予教育局，由局長林騰蛟親自代表接受，只要清貧學子或成績大幅進步者，可憑學生證及義剪證明卡至該店剪髮。

【呂志明／台北報導】擁有哈佛牙醫博士學位的陳俊龍，因在台沒牙醫資格，卻透過媚登峰仲介，在長春藤台北忠孝診所為媚登峰介紹的貴婦植牙，賺取天價植牙費用，涉嫌違反《醫師法》。
檢調掌握情資發現，陳俊龍今凌晨搭機返台，下午緊急將他約談到案，傍晚移送北檢複訊後，檢察官認定他涉嫌重大，諭令20萬元交保，同時限制出境。
